The Brooklyn Museum has provided me with an influential platform and honored my impact by including me, for which I am forever grateful. While pursuing my studies on hair combs, I was inspired to merge the museum and afro pick themes. I then envisioned a set design with frames and pulley systems to represent the interchange of art and the cycle of visibility.
